My biggest issue is the complete lack of urgency and consideration for people’s time. This location seriously needs to work on its customer service, communication, and efficiency. Everything takes forever, and the service is consistently disappointing. I’m beyond frustrated with this location.
I'm a 23 years customer. Never approved a loan. I had to go to Chile to get 6000 thousand dollars to complete the money to buy my house. Ridiculous. One time stuck my money, $11000 thousand check because my account was almost zero, not negative. I had to fight with the manager. Get another bank. An argentinian Maria, she's the best. Should be the manager.
