Wells Fargo has the worst customer service system I have ever used. There people are poorly trained and give out incorrect information. I have had my deposits shorted. I was sent to a collected for a account that I did not have. Now I was told by customer service I could stop a debt transaction and giving a confirmation number to confirm that transaction was stopped. Found out transaction went thru there collection department. response was customer service did not know much and I would need to collect the money from the merc... read more
