Poor customer service. Drive thru was closed, I had to then go inside to withdraw a very large amount of money and was told to use the ATM. I expressed that it made me uncomfortable.. which she simply could have solved by helping me behind the desk, but forced me to go to the ATM anyway (Asian lady). Then makes me stand there with the amount of money I’m withdrawing visibly on the screen (uncomfortable as a woman), then proceeds to help people with smaller transactions privately behind the desk… HORRIBLE.
