I tried sending a wire using the Wells Fargo app and website. When I tried to add the recipient, I repeatedly got a message that the recipient was already added. I did not see it. I searched for the recipient and got nothing. The wire was for the closing on a home that day. I became very frustrated and decided to go into a branch. When I arrived, I was very upset. This branch is AMAZING. Doug specifically helped me through some complex banking and gave me exemplary service. It felt like boutique service and all staff was extremely kind. Highly recommend! This branch is doing things right.
Ronny Hart went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my family. My daughters are active duty soldiers and she took a lot of time and care to help with a complicated notary. I will definitely keep Wells Fargo Banking because of the amazing customer service. Way better than BOA.
The employees are nice, however, almost twenty minutes in the drive thru and no one ever showed up.
This is a nice spot downtown for a bank! I really appreciate there being g easy access to an ATM downtown!
