I visited Wells Fargo today to get some quarters for laundry, expecting a quick and simple transaction. When I arrived, there was no one in line, but also no teller at the counter. I waited for 10 minutes before being helped, and by that time, four other people had joined the line, with one person giving up and leaving. The lack of urgency and attentiveness from the staff was frustrating. A basic banking task should not take this long, especially when the branch isn’t busy. I pull up for literally 1 minute to stop at the ATM around 8pm on a Saturday and a tow truck swoops in and starts backing up like he’s going to tow my vehicle, I’m like what the heck is going on. Seemed super sketchy like he was trying to steal my car. Whoever you guys hired for Saturdays you guys are doing way too much, I won’t be back to this branch. @WellsFargo.. every time I am at this branch is a good reminder of a grave mistake I've made by banking with wells fargo. 2 tellers who couldn't move slower if the wanted to!! Just do everyone a favor and close this branch!
