The bank in Minneapolis has horrible customer service. Especially the managers! Typed in my online banking date wrong and accidentally paid a bill late. They will not wave my late fee. Nor do they care about there customers at all! DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! They also HARASS you and call you several times in a day over one missed bill that was an accident. Horrible bank. We have been with them for years and they messed us over big time. I do not recommend this very dishonest bank. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere for your banking needs. Not a good option. Tim
