Im literally sitting here 16 mins now just to withdrawal from my checking account in the drive thru. This is now the 2nd time it’s happened like this and they use the same excuse “sorry we just have a lot going on in here” all while there’s ZERO cars in their parking lot. Horrible joke

This review has more to do with Wells Fargo then the branch. Have been banking with WF for many years but recently have noticed a trend to making mistake. Have had two incidents of money transfers not happening even though sender received confirmation. And, the most recent was when I tried to get a Medallion Signature on a document. A few months ago the policy was as long as you had a account with WF they would provide at no charge. But seems they changed policy.
