I've had a joint account here for several yrs now, I now know why they shut down banks and want us to use their ATM, Today I went in to make a deposit and was Lucky enough to get the DEI hire! Megan was the worst teller I have ever had, she wasted my time, knows nothing of Customer Service! not only was she rude, she said next time I could use the outside ATM, guess she doesn't know without Customers she has no JOB!
I do 99% of my banking online now, but today I needed a teller so I went to this branch because it's on my way to work. I was there around 2:40 PM on November 12th. I just wanted to say that the teller was an extremely friendly and kind person and I really appreciated it. She was warm and friendly and genuine. It was the best customer service experience I've had all year. She smiled at me. She chatted in a fun way. She was very personable. I literally had a better day because of her. Thank you! Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced at a bank. No wonder they have a poor reputation on the banking industry.
I have banked with Wells Fargo for 20+ years and I am happy to be switching to a credit union. Wells Fargo service and crooked tactics should make anyone beware of banking with them.
