Poorly managed branch. A few hard working employees do everything there, and then get blamed for all the failures of the branch.

Worst branch I’ve ever been to. Have been depositing checks in my maiden name for a while now since I got married I haven’t changed over the account yet, this branch is the only one who said they wouldn’t accept my checks o be deposited when u clearly can see 30+ Checks that say the same name. Just another reason I can’t stand wels fargo and why I rarely use this account. My credit union would never.

I got into a predicament at the Hayden branch today. Somehow I dropped my two forms of identification between the seats of my car. I am waiting for a new heart valve and cannot manage much by myself. The branch manager, whose name is Kim, I think, came out herself and fished out the IDs. Not only that, but she took my two transactions inside and brought me back the receipts and the cash I needed to withdraw. I've had a joint account here for several yrs now, I now know why they shut down banks and want us to use their ATM, Today I went in to make a deposit and was Lucky enough to get the DEI hire! Megan was the worst teller I have ever had, she wasted my time, knows nothing of Customer Service! not only was she rude, she said next time I could use the outside ATM, guess she doesn't know without Customers she has no JOB!
