I got into a predicament at the Hayden branch today. Somehow I dropped my two forms of identification between the seats of my car. I am waiting for a new heart valve and cannot manage much by myself. The branch manager, whose name is Kim, I think, came out herself and fished out the IDs. Not only that, but she took my two transactions inside and brought me back the receipts and the cash I needed to withdraw. I've had a joint account here for several yrs now, I now know why they shut down banks and want us to use their ATM, Today I went in to make a deposit and was Lucky enough to get the DEI hire! Megan was the worst teller I have ever had, she wasted my time, knows nothing of Customer Service! not only was she rude, she said next time I could use the outside ATM, guess she doesn't know without Customers she has no JOB!
I do 99% of my banking online now, but today I needed a teller so I went to this branch because it's on my way to work. I was there around 2:40 PM on November 12th. I just wanted to say that the teller was an extremely friendly and kind person and I really appreciated it. She was warm and friendly and genuine.
