I have filed a formal complaint against Jessica Colenn by phone, email, as well as by a hand written letter. The actions taken by this Assistant Branch Manager were out of protocol and done in complete retaliation. A formal complaint has also been filed against the branch Manager Timothy Ward since he stood by and allowed it to happen.
