Horrible service and I could hear them say something when I walked off. I have a small service animal and they ask me and then looked at each other. I ask to see a manager and one was the manager! Hence the customer service issue or lack there of!!! Most banks I have been in these days have treats for animals. Either way service was missing from my visit! I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to open an account for my son. I arrived 10 minutes early, yet still ended up waiting around 40 minutes. Only then did the representative I had an appointment with show up, apologize, and tell me he could not see us at that moment and that we would need to keep waiting. This level of service is completely unacceptable. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if it is not respected? It felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Excellent bankers who are professional and attentive.
Gossiping is more important, than greeting the customer. Just walking by if they dont have any customer.
I had excellent customer service at this location. Noya, the GM was kind, helpful, and went the extra mile to help me with a banking issue that no other bank, including my own branch would help with. I'll now continue to drive the extra 10 miles to get the service I received at this branch!
