I had excellent customer service at this location. Noya, the GM was kind, helpful, and went the extra mile to help me with a banking issue that no other bank, including my own branch would help with. I'll now continue to drive the extra 10 miles to get the service I received at this branch!
They all act like they dont want to work at this branch. They always want to sent you to a different branch like they not part of wells fargo. Poor management. I live walking distance from this branch but I usually go to a different one because the bankers there are either lazy or incompetent. The only thing this branch is good for is ATM transactions.
