They all act like they dont want to work at this branch. They always want to sent you to a different branch like they not part of wells fargo. Poor management. I live walking distance from this branch but I usually go to a different one because the bankers there are either lazy or incompetent. The only thing this branch is good for is ATM transactions.

3 weeks later unable to get a call back from the executive office dealing with Mariah, Regina, and Jordan's. Worst credit card experience I've ever had.
Today I received OUTSTANDING customer service at this location. Everyone had a smile and offered their assistance in a timely manner. Business is very clean and peaceful. Definitely a breath of fresh air. Thank you to all that works here .
