Incredibly frustrated with this branch due to their complete lack of urgency and poor customer service. I needed a simple signature on an insurance claim check and was sent away twice today because the manager was "not available." After returning for a 3rd time, I had to wait another 10 minutes despite being the only customer there this time around. Tellers rather act busy than help
Incredibly poor example and leadership from bank manager. The manager of this branch lied and made up policy that doesn't exist on the banks website. She refused to set up an account for my brother when he had multiple forms of identification and could have easily been set up with an account today. After her lie about policy was challenged by me on the phone, she stood by her lie and refused to set up an account for my brother.
