Extremely disappointing experience at Wells Fargo. As a business owner, I came in simply trying to cash a legitimate check written from a Wells Fargo account, and the entire experience was unnecessarily frustrating. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a huge waste of time. The staff did a poor job communicating, explaining the situation, or offering any reasonable solutions. Came here to get something notarized a few months ago and it was done wrong. Returned today and was told there’s too long of a wait and I’ll have to schedule an appointment another time. Absolutely ridiculous. Might as well go somewhere else for notaries. Very disappointed in this branch.
