I have had no problems at this branch but Wells Fargo in general has made it impossible to call individual branches. the AI options are junk and when you speak to a person they typically can't answer your question. like " how many accounts are open in my name?". they can't actually answer that for you. beyond ridiculous PS even their AI response is ridiculous. you can call and go to websites you won't be able to call a branch. today the customer service people called the branch and couldn't get through. best part, I was in t... read more

#1 I used to bank wells fargo bank for fourteen years.#2 I cashed their check at their location. They claimed that they had zero record of fourteen years as a patron there. bank credits you for direct deposit 2 days early, but if you try to use that money 2 days early they will charge you a fee, total scam
