This is the worst bank. A lot of old ladies who are stuck up in lost in the 1960s. Why is this bank even open? They don’t even have bank tellers here anymore. I tried to get change here a month ago and showed them my account number in my phone and they refused to look at my phone saying it’s against policy to touch my phone when I’m repeatedly telling them don’t touch just look at the account number. They then proceeded to act like the number is too small but can read my ID number which is 1/3 the size. Shut this place down.... read more
I reached out for help and the lady I spoke with was downright rude and dismissive. That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. If you can’t treat people with basic respect when they need assistance, you have no business working with customers..find a new job.
Life saver! Accidentally left my card in the ATM machine outside the bank and didn’t realize until an hour later. I rushed back to the bank and the kind staff were able to retrieve my card. They were extremely helpful!
This branch specifically took care of closing out one of my accounts due to some frustrating issues. First off Cindy was the most wonderful customer service representative! She had a bright vibrant smile on her, and was extremely helpful. She is an amazing employee, and Wells Fargo is lucky to have her. 2nd, I was also impressed by the branch manager, as she came up and personally apologized to me for my frustrations.
