Like others, I am disappointed that there are no longer tellers here. I just had to stand outside on the street with the wind blowing to make a cash deposit. I don’t feel safe doing this.
Worst place ever they don’t even have tellers anymore because they don’t want to pay people to work inside so if you want to take large sums of money out, you have to go to the ATM outside and count your money outside to make sure you got it correct amount they will not help you inside at all. They will give you a envelope so you can put your money in How is this more convenient? It puts you more at risk to get robbed just because they don’t want to do it. Pay someone inside.
This is the worst bank. A lot of old ladies who are stuck up in lost in the 1960s. Why is this bank even open? They don’t even have bank tellers here anymore. I tried to get change here a month ago and showed them my account number in my phone and they refused to look at my phone saying it’s against policy to touch my phone when I’m repeatedly telling them don’t touch just look at the account number. They then proceeded to act like the number is too small but can read my ID number which is 1/3 the size. Shut this place down.... read more
I reached out for help and the lady I spoke with was downright rude and dismissive. That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. If you can’t treat people with basic respect when they need assistance, you have no business working with customers..find a new job.
