Bad Service and bad attitude from the General Manager.
If you have a LOT of patience, come here. Tellers are SLOW. Wait times are EXCESSIVE. Handling money/accounts takes a lot of precision, yada yada, but these tellers are SNAILS. Don't come here.
Never any one at the window bad customer service
Jhoel the manager is amazing! There was an unfortunate incident occurring as I was there and he handled is spectacularly. It's nice to know that when the homeless get out of hand, Jhoel is there to curb that situation and protect his clients interest
