Horrible experience. I've been out of work for 5 months due to medical. I get my first paycheck and the company has an account through Wells Fargo. When is a driver's license not fully a form of ID? Why do people have to have 2 forms, not everyone has 2 forms of ID on them. If I was speeding my Driver's license is the only form of ID to put a ticket in my name.

Pésimo banco,estuvimos mi esposo y yo esperando 2 horas por nuestro turno y cuando nos tocó entrar nos dijo que las personas que estaban detrás de nosotros tenían appoimen y no nos atendió,ni siquiera nos dieron una explicación de porqué no nos podía atender,por la forma que lo miraba actuar sabía que iba a pasar a los últimos que habían llegado porque los trató como personas conocidas,que decepción,estuve por 16años en Wells Fargo,pero hoy decidí irme a otro sin pensarlo
After waiting half hour to open an account the manager calls over a banker to tell me, "sorry we're all booked up today. You need to make an appointment for service". blatant disregard of customers time!
