My wife went to deposit cash in the drive thru atm Friday 1/30/26. The atm took her cash and said there was a jam. We have gone into the bank and contacted customer service and no one will do anything about it or issue a temporary credit until they investigate. Once this issue is resolved we will be closing all four of our accounts. Wells Fargo’s customer service is horrendous. You should pay interest on this it has been a week.
Find a different bank for your banking needs this place isn’t it. This location should be shut down! Customer service is no existent nobody at the branch answers the phone. Customer service number is zero help. We want our money your atm stole 7 days ago. We have overdue bills because of you.
I had an awful experience with another branch early today and was told to go find another wells fargo branch as they did not have time to see me today. I was so frantic because I had to a wire transfer for closing of my house and thought I wouldn’t be able to close on my house today. This bank continues to be the worst customer service of all banks in Charlotte county. The staff is unable to help in person or online after fraud has occured on my account . They don't care or they are incompetent or both . Bank elsewhere and save yourself needless stress.
Worst bank to deal with, just a pure pain of nonsense and poor service.
