Called WFB day before to ask if I needed an appointment for notary. Was informed by spokesperson no appointment was needed. Guess what.... The very next day after waiting several minutes in lobby, I was told by some female employee who came out, did not introduce herself but was quick to drill me about needing an appointment! We t thru atm. No problems. Fast n easy
I called the bank branch in Pt. Charlotte to find out if the location was open today. My mother in law says the bank door has had a closed sign. The person answering the phone would not tell me if the location was open or closed??? So, the can't answer the simplest of questions, are you in business or not! Ridiculous.
