I'm a longtime customer who let this branch trick me into meeting with a financial officer. I came in asking for a different service than what the cfps offer, I should have said no. Long story short I meet with a planner, decline the offers and leave. Since when we met in late February I have received at least 15 phone calls from this gentleman. I said no in the office, why are they still calling? Why does Wells Fargo let a 3rd party embarrass them like this? I'm so turned off by all of it.
Always full of people horrible customer service.
