They answered the phone with, “Hello?”, hung up on me, and now they won’t answer the phone. - Terrible customer service!
At approximately 2:45 pm, I drove in the drive thru and I sent the cashbox back and I pressed the call button twice. No Answer! I then completed my transaction inside. Fire the teller Mgr and the branch Mgr. There should always be coverage
Opened a Wellstrade account and I love it. It's easy to use and it's linked to my checking and savings account making it easy to transfer funds to my brokerage account. Can even buy fractional shares of the more expensive stocks with a minimum of $10. Way to go Wells Fargo.
