Today, I went in for assistance. The teller straight out didn’t want to help me, her name is Judy. I tried to explain to her the issue and tried to show her proof in which she never acknowledged and straight out didn’t want to help and directly told me I was in the wrong. Terrible company and stole from the atm that I worked hard for. I came to deposit money that was in my account came back with less. terrible customer service. Came in the atm with $400 came back with $300, costumer service was absolutely unbearable and awful makes me want to not be a costumer, mind you I’ve been a costumer for over 20 years.
Very bad customer service at this branch. It’s like they don’t want to do their job.
