Going to Wells Fargo is the most frustrating bank experience I’ve ever had! Stopped in to make a deposit (2 checks and I already had the deposit slip filled out). Only one other customer in the bank. I stood in line for 15 minutes and finally gave up and left.
Came into the branch because of a letter I received in the mail, and I was pleasantly greeted by the branch manager. I was then introduced to Elaine, the banker, who was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to assist me. I truly appreciate the great customer service.

They couldn't do a basic transfer from a debit card.
