Went to the Hover location and there was only one person working inside. It was taking a while so the lady from the drive through was helping with "deposit only". She would take your stuff to her area and bring back a receipt, which is fine. But my issue is I needed cash back. The only way to do that was to wait. This branch is fantastic. While they can have a “rush hour” with a bit of a line, they clearly do their best to help folks get their needs met as quickly as possible. Both tellers and bankers are friendly, helpful, patient, and great at tackling whatever’s needed that day. Grateful for all the times these folks have gone above and beyond.
I’ve been with Wells Fargo for well over 10 years now and I’ve never had any issues with them. Always pleasant and helpful.
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with after having an account with them for 2 months, and them asking me for my SS# twice which I proved to them on both occassions the lock my account and I cant withrdraw my money from their institution, after it was there mistake!! what a joke , ill wait the 7-10 days but i will never ever bank with wells fargo again!!!!
I came in on a Monday to talk to a banker about my account. They asked if I could come back on Wednesday at 11 am. On Wednesday at 11 am there was no one here to help me. What a well run operation-NOT.
