I should have looked at the reviews (terrible) before making an appointment at this branch. My dad and I went in to take my mom off accounts as she recently passed. As if things haven't been difficult enough with her passing, I ended up being told by Maggie/associate that because my DL had recently expired (10 days ago) MY accounts would be closed unless I could go home and get my passport or get a new DL in the next couple days! Went to the Hover location and there was only one person working inside. It was taking a while so the lady from the drive through was helping with "deposit only". She would take your stuff to her area and bring back a receipt, which is fine. But my issue is I needed cash back. The only way to do that was to wait. What was the difference if she was at the main counter or drive through. It's a bank, why couldn't she give cash back. Now, I have to make an additional trip back. This branch is fantastic. While they can have a “rush hour” with a bit of a line, they clearly do their best to help folks get their needs met as quickly as possible. Both tellers and bankers are friendly, helpful, patient, and great at tackling whatever’s needed that day. Grateful for all the times these folks have gone above and beyond.
I’ve been with Wells Fargo for well over 10 years now and I’ve never had any issues with them. Always pleasant and helpful.
