Manager (male) refused to let us be seen this Saturday. He was only giving us the option to book appointment later in the week even though I can only do weekends. Manager in charge of the line said only 1 staff member was there but she wouldn’t be able to help us today… there was still 2 hours until they closed and did not even take initiative to help.
Today, I finally closed my account! I wanted to say thank you for Marco. He did a good job and changed my mind about people who working there. He also gave check for 66 cents, which in other brunch couldn’t give me yesterday.
Loved my experience!! Marco was incredible. He explained everything very well and made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision in joining Wells Fargo. I would recommend him to literally everybody!
