Great service. Renee was very helpfull.
Vey rude and liars especially the lady manager and the guy with long hair. Will lie about not allowed to cash a check to protect customers, this after verifying everything checks out. So they prejudiced and treat people like they stealing checks or something. Went to another location and they were very firendly and helpful so i knownthey were lying, so this review is not for wells fargo itself but for the people working there act like they own the bank.
All right, so we didn’t have an appointment to get something notarized but we walk into the bank. The notary isn’t helping anybody. He’s sitting at his desk we ask the branch manager if we get something notarized and he says, “no sorry the notary is Stefano and he’s busy all day.” I look back. He’s not doing anything still. No wonder so many people are moving away from traditional banks.
Renee was great. So kind and genuine. She is a hard worker and deserves a promotion/raise. Count your blessings, cause shes one of them. (:
