Part of my job is to drive around and deposit checks to the banks so I do this every week , this time I decided to deposit the check at this location manager Chris Leon came up to me and started asking me bunch of questions that nobody ever asked me in the bank before and then he took my ID and the check walked away , I told him that I am in a hurry and he said if I’m in a rush maybe I should come back tomorrow.!? after 15 minutes of wait for check verification that I never had do deal with before I told him just give me my ... read more
They implemented this appointment nonsense during Covid and now you can never get any service from any WellsFargo employee without an appointment. I am pretty sure the higher ups at Wells Fargo had the idea to make the appointments in addition to walk in service not exclusively required to get any help. Always a long line.
Customer service has to be able to get you the correct information. My question was very simple " can I get foreign currency if I go to the bank?", the person did not know or cared made an attempt to find out he said he needed to transfer my call Foreign Exchange, I waited 10 minutes to get through "my local" bank in Florida but got that guy from South Carolina but since he couldn't provide a simple answer he transferred my call to Foreign Exchange another 30 minutes, useless. *️⃣NOTE I guess just check the website for Forei... read more
