If i could give 0 star I would , first you come in and nobody greets you I even had to ask the person that was in the entrance if he was working there. Zero client care . In the middle of the holiday season they restricted my account , I had done all i was asked for , upload documents, I had called and went to the branch more than once, today i went asking for someone to help me and all this guy had to say is that “i wasn’t the first one” to go through this situation and that “there is nothing we can do”. Awful service and not trying to help at all. If you want a bank that cares, I would not use this location.
I can't say how many times I've asked for the drive through intercoms to be cleaned. Months already. So gross. Dp something
Would someone please clean up the disgusting drive-thru. It's been over a year since it's sticky with gunk.
