Servicio excelente. Mi banco
Poor service. Needed to make a time sensitive wire transfer and waited an hour. The place was empty only one banker was there even after complaining they did not help and said just a couple more minutes. Will be closing all accounts with them.
Horrible location, terrible manager
What I like, there's rarely anyone in line, get through quickly. Usually very pleasant tellers. Today, however, I presented my deposit slip, ID and cash and after a few seconds, the teller filled out another deposit slip. I was like huh? I asked him what he was doing, and if I'd filled the deposit slip out incorrectly. He said no, and pointed at a machine in front of him and mumbled something incoherent. Me atendió un banquero de nombre Hugo, atento, efectivo, buena presencia, habilidoso para atender con rapidez. Por el daría 5 estrellas. Pero al entrar al banco nadie recibe al cliente para darle la información básica y toca esperar el turno en la fila solo para preguntar por el servicio. Gracias Hugo!
