Made us wait 30 mins just to tell us the can’t notarize even though we’re Wells Fargo customers. Worst service.
Made an appointment online. Went to the bank and was seen without a long wait. This is not the first time that Hugo Tabares a Personal Banker took care of us. He recognized us immediately with a friendly smile. We sat in his office and he was able to take care of our situation immediately. He is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! A great employee!

Poor service. Needed to make a time sensitive wire transfer and waited an hour. The place was empty only one banker was there even after complaining they did not help and said just a couple more minutes. Will be closing all accounts with them.
