Went to make a withdrawal, told they did not have enough cash. Like what? That’s pretty concerning as much as we have in accounts, sent to Olathe Branch. Very strange. Will be looking at switching banks.

There were 2 tellers working when I arrived this afternoon. Both were busy, and I was next in line. Another guy who works there stopped to "assist me." He asked if it was a personal or business account. I already knew what he was going to ask me. When I told him it was a personal account, he said I could use the ATM. It's extremely frustrating to have an attendant who has no intention of actually helping me with my transaction be all up in my business so they can appear helpful. You are supposed to be able to trust your bank, your doctor, your dentist, your mechanic and those you rely on. I have been with Wells Fargo for 20 years and have never felt the trust i should have. Ive been disappointed in services and overall customer service. The numerous poor reviews confirm i'm making the right choice. As painful as the transition process is, i cant wait to give another banking institution the opportunity to serve my needs. I can't wait to tell WF adios.
