Terrible customer service. Every time I come in to a WellsFargo I am reminded I should stop banking with Wells Fargo. Came in to set up a 529. Was forced to wait 20 minutes to talk to some financial advisor who took his time to tell me to do it all online. Total interaction time was 30 minutes. 30 minutes gone for literally no benefit. So no, I won’t be opening a 529 with Wells Fargo

All i can say is hands down to the staff especially to the ladies at the teller counter and the manager .. if I can give 50 stars it still will not be enough, from excellent service to thier smiles when you walk in . Always a pleasure experience when coming to this branch.. Thank you Mark

Went to this location for an account discussion. While they are busy, some banker (that assist people with their account) do choose to help customers that they like. Don’t get me wrong some of those employees especially the one behind the counter are really helpful and nice. I understand they are busy but they help people that decide to cut through the line before they assist me. Big shout out to the team working behind the counter though since they acknowledge my existence when they see me ! I really appreciate that.

I was redirected from the Coleman branch (avoid that one) to this branch to do a domestic wire transfer. I luckily upon entering as I had to make a 2pm cutoff. Raj saw that and immediately said “I can help”. He was quick, accurate and professional. I not only made the cutoff, but then he noticed one of my accounts was eligible for a higher APY or promo from 1% to 3.5%. It was quick to sign up.
