I was redirected from the Coleman branch (avoid that one) to this branch to do a domestic wire transfer. I luckily upon entering as I had to make a 2pm cutoff. Raj saw that and immediately said “I can help”. He was quick, accurate and professional. I not only made the cutoff, but then he noticed one of my accounts was eligible for a higher APY or promo from 1% to 3.5%. It was quick to sign up. Had to use the restroom I am 8 months pregnant only place I was able to run into the white older male with glasses told me I couldn’t use it which i understand , then he proceeded to laugh and say your pregnant right I said obviously then he said your young you will be fine . How disrespectful .
I arrived at 3:55 PM with my mother to open a bank account. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait in the lobby for assistance. After 15 minutes, the manager, Bich Huynh, informed us that no one could help us because it was now 4:15 PM. I explained that we had been waiting, but she said others were ahead of us.
