Had to use the restroom I am 8 months pregnant only place I was able to run into the white older male with glasses told me I couldn’t use it which i understand , then he proceeded to laugh and say your pregnant right I said obviously then he said your young you will be fine . How disrespectful .
I arrived at 3:55 PM with my mother to open a bank account. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait in the lobby for assistance. After 15 minutes, the manager, Bich Huynh, informed us that no one could help us because it was now 4:15 PM. I explained that we had been waiting, but she said others were ahead of us. They stole $544.00 from me. Came in on a Saturday morning handed them a $100.00 inside the branch, and they gave me 20 $5.00. Everything was great left and went on about my business. Later I check my account and I see a withdraw of $544.00 that occurred inside the branch. I filed a claim right away, the fraud department did not see any fraud so they closed the case a week later, the manager of the branch nor the fraud department will check surveillance cameras to verify that the money possibly went someone else.
