Had to travel to this bank from Rochester NY to settle family business. Manager was very helpful and pleasant. Made the trip super quick and easy.
Very snotty. Some of the girls even try getting into other people's personal financial business with other people that they don't even know personally & talk down on people. Very unprofessional!
I drove down from Niagara Falls, NY in order to send a wire transfer for a real estate closing. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. The transaction was handled quickly and I was back on the road in no time! I highly recommend this Wells Fargo location.
Don’t go here, this Bank has a completely different set of rules and regulations than every other Wells Fargo nationwide. that their customer service is very snooty and whenever you say oh that’s a surprise the other Wells Fargo did what ever basic service you need done they niavely respond “ well that is not our policy here but if you’d like me to check with my manager I can see why the other Wells Fargo’s are doing it incorrectly“ they speak down to you at like you have no idea what you’re talking about in the most disresp... read more
