We love the bankers here so this is more for corporate since the remodel we need more teller space and tellers working in the office. The virtual options are not suitable for pittston and the lines can be crazy. Hope they see this and hire!!!
atm always out of order. tellers are rude. i once won a lawsuit.,had all my documentation, the teller tried to say it was fake. they called around and once they discovered it was real, they lied and said it was an error on the check. no error. just ignorance and prejudice on their end
Tellers are horrible here dont bother go to another branch. The actual bankers were great its the tellers that want to do the minimum
I want to Cash my check here at Wells Fargo. So I noticed the guy changed his face once I walk up there so said good morning, He mumbled something under his breath one thing about me you cannot break me. I’m a New Yorker very rude, so he asked me do I have an account with Wells Fargo no I’m here to take pictures. So I drive truck all night and don't get alot of time to get to do things that need doing in life. I called this branch and asked if I can bring my daughter in to open a checking account at 1055 am now I realize they close at noon but we live 5 minutes away. And I know it dosnt take all day to do this.. I believe the teller I spoke with was marylin or something along those lines replied that I needed an appointment and that matt sets up accounts was booked today...
