This WF branch never answers the phone, and even for simple questions force you to go online and set up an appointment, that they do not honor. A total waste of time and disrespect for customer. WF understands Customer Service as customers servicing WF, not the other way around!
This branch needs to figure out their staffing. A lot of supervisor types standing around, but only two tellers actually working (and one seemed to be in training), and customers piling up for service. I overheard one of the managers telling an irate customer that "this is our new staffing model" as if that was a useful explanation. On the good side: the building is nice, they keep it clean, and parking (under the building) is convenient.

You can't open account weekends even if they are open. Guy say you can open account with your employment card online but they don't accept it online. You can wait inside and nobody will help you.
