My son went to cash a $75 personal check his grandma gave him for Christmas because that’s where the check was from where she banks at. He had his ID at first they told him it would be a $15 fee which he said okay no problem but then they wouldn’t cash it for him because they said there was a problem with their system. This whole time they were very rude, and unfriendly the worst customer service. Should’ve went somewhere else to cash I’ve heard in the past Wells Fargo has poor service.
Horrible banking experience at this branch trying to get a simple change made to a joint checking account. I don’t think they’ve even had banker training. They demonstrated a complete inability or desire to help.
I hate this place so much 😡they have bad employees and I have bad experience over there..

I have been attempting to open a business line of credit for the last couple of months. It's been a frustrating process. I have had to go back into the branch multiple times and have had to call into the business division more than once due to mistakes made when the branch took the app. The last time I spoke to someone at Wells Fargo in the business division I was told they had everything they needed at that point but they were really busy so it was going to take awhile to open the line of credit.
