I opened up a new Wells Fargo account recently. The debit card is supposed to arrive in 5-7 calendar days. It has been 14 days and I still have not received my debit card in the mail. When I called to inquire about getting a replacement sent, they said the only way to expedite it is to send it via FedEx, and I would have to take 3 days off work to sit at home and wait for its delivery to sign for it. Wells Fargo, put a fraud alert on zele payment to me.It's the only money I have and they're not going to put it, post it until they're reviewed, and it's going to take till Tuesday because of the holiday, when they just look at it and let me know it's not fraud.It's coming from my mom who sent me multiple cell payments, so they should know it's good.They're just holding my money to make interest on it.These are bad people
