I came in with a few questions on my lunch break. The new girl, Julia, and another employee, Paola, addressed all of my concerns and worked efficiently. They made sure I was crystal clear on everything needed for my questions. Thanks for making my first time banking with you a positive one! Two really great bankers here. Went because I lost my debit card. My phone was dead. Sat down w the teller and explained I needed a new debit card. She asked if I have the app. I said my phone was dead. She slid a deposit slip my way and told me to fill it out. After I did she asked me how much cash I wanted. I never asked for cash, never asked to make a withdrawal. I was confused and asked if I could just get a new debit card. She said no.
