I needed a ATM and with the limited locations in Roanoke now, it’s near impossible to find one when you need one. I drive to this location expressly for the ATM only to find it out of service. That’s the second time in two months I’ve visited a WF ATM and they are down! The other one was on Plantation. You need to update Google if you don’t have a working ATM!! Very poor customer experience AGAIN!!
Banking is always a great experience here. My morning was a bit hectic but my customer service rep made my day. A smile and a great attitude does go a long way.
