The worst customer service practices I have ever experienced over the last 4 months at 3 different locations. Don't believe them when they say you definately qualify to refinance your house. They'll make you close out good standing credit accounts and make you pay for a $600 appraisal upfront that never happens and then send you a denial letter in the mail a month later. I better be getting a refund.
