As banks go, this is one to avoid. The staff could not care less about customers, and make it obvious. "Service" is a word not used here.
It's amazing wells fargo is still open. They are like a toxic relationship that screws you over every chance they get. But, you still stay around because you have everything in their accounts. You can tell all of the employees are underpaid robots and can't wait to get off work. Theyve stolen money from me, lied to me, cost me unnecessary money more times than I can count. It's no surprise they are dealing with missing deposits now. Thieves is what wells fargo is.
Waited in the drive through for at least 30 minutes today with only two cars in front of me. It took them ten minutes to deposit a check for me. Slowest bank I've ever dealt with.
Employees don't know their banks rules & constantly have to call corporate for answers.
It's baffling this company still exists. If banking wasn't the most corrupt thing in the world, they would have been gone a long time ago.
