Worst. Bank. Branch. Ever. Always in total chaos. Wait time can be more than 30 minutes when no when else is waiting. Manager solicits services. Waste of time and inefficiency is the standard.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Stanley W. Norgalis. I made an appointment and brought all the required documents, but they refused to accept copies and insisted on originals, which I didn't have with me. What's even more frustrating is that they were able to update other information, but not my last name, which I had already changed successfully at two other banks using the same documents.

I would like to give a shout out to Tarrytown Branch Manager, Andreen Eldemire. I recently needed some documents notarized. She was extremely helpful and courteous. There were a few hoops to jump through to fully execute the documents. Andreen helped me get it done. I also observed Andreen helping other customers at the bank. Her customer service was excellent. She was kind, patient, and attentive to all of her customers. Well done, Andreen. Wells Fargo is lucky to have you!!

Atms work fine, but if you want to actually see a teller or anyone inside, it would be quicker to drive down to the ardsley branch and then back before you'd even get close to seeing someone here. My lord is it ran poorly.
