Terrible customer service! I never had an employee from an establishment walk away from me until today. I went into the bank to resolve an online banking issue that I could not problem solve over the computer. I began explaining the situation to The banker (Female Indian first name starts with A) and I only got three words in when her phone rang. Wells Fargo — avoid. I walked into the Somerset branch to withdraw my own money, handed over my driver’s license and a SECOND ID (a Social Security card) — the exact same combo that’s been accepted at the brick office before — and was flat-out refused service almost. No explanation, no common sense, just bureaucratic stonewalling. After wasting my time, a kind woman (from Wells Fargo) had to show me how to restore my digital wallet on my phone so I could access my funds. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service.
I wish branch manager reaches out Today also I had a problem with the teller she could not withdraw money from my card but in the ATM I was able to withdraw and she was not even being nice about it I think this branch need to step up with customer service.
