Horrible customer service.
I wish branch manager reaches out Today also I had a problem with the teller she could not withdraw money from my card but in the ATM I was able to withdraw and she was not even being nice about it I think this branch need to step up with customer service.
I just got frostbite from the female bank teller whose last name is Cruz; she looks between 30 to 40 years old. No professional greeting or good bye, just a corpse like expression. I was tempted to check her for a pulse. When I sat down to count my money by 2 African American bank associates sitting at a desk, they courteously smiled to let me know they were available to help me. PLEASE PUT SENORITA ARROGANTE IN CHECK!!!!
I needed access to my bank locker and noticed a financial analyst sitting playing on his phone. I waited 5 minutes to get his attention but then asked him if he could help. He got visibly upset at being asked to help while he is doing nothing and his other two colleagues are busy helping other customers. He went to the back saying he will come back and help in a minute but made me wait 40 minutes. Finally, a different employee helped me.
