Lies lies lies. If you are a business client, you simply cannot trust Wells Fargo. After years of loyalty I’ll be moving all accounts over to any other random bank out there and it’ll be better than this type of relationship.
I wanted to take this time to thank "Joseph Bongiorno" for assisting me at the Wellsfargo bank branch in jefferson Ga, for setting up my power of attorney for my mothers account who banks there. He was very professional and answered all my questions that I had concerns about. His customer service is top notch, and if you ever need anything in regards to setting up new bank accounts or debit cards and check orders, he is the man to go to. My kids, my wife and I got accounts here in 2018 after moving nearby. Several of the employees then are still there now in 2025. It's a small location that gets a LOT of business. I don't go there on payday Fridays because it's jammed packed which is not WF's fault. Never seen less than two bankers working the indoor line. I'll miss them when I move.
You have eleven people waiting in line waiting to be served with only one poor teller assisting us She's doing an outstanding job. Three employees in a office. Smh
