I really prefer this branch. I have been going there in Gainesville for 3-4 yrs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional.
Horrible experience. Teller act like you are a villain for cashing your check. Then charge you 10 dollars to give you money that isn't theirs. Rude....... disrespectful. Told me since I was there to cash a check and not to deposit that I " wasn't a customer of thiers" .. well sir, when I walk in to cash a check I become a customer... DO NOT USE THIS BANK

We visited this Wells Fargo branch in Jefferson to open Teen Checking accounts for our two kids during regular banking hours. We arrived around 3:30 PM and patiently waited for assistance. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The banker who assisted us was not welcoming or accommodating.
