We visited this Wells Fargo branch in Jefferson to open Teen Checking accounts for our two kids during regular banking hours. We arrived around 3:30 PM and patiently waited for assistance. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The banker who assisted us was not welcoming or accommodating. Lies lies lies. If you are a business client, you simply cannot trust Wells Fargo. After years of loyalty I’ll be moving all accounts over to any other random bank out there and it’ll be better than this type of relationship.
