Wells Fargo – Poor wait times and staffing imbalance. This bank is way too slow; I waited far too long in line for a single teller despite arriving early in the morning. There are far too many bankers inside the branch and not enough tellers working the customer-facing line, and the staffing balance seems seriously off. The overall experience suggests this location needs serious hiring and a better, more efficient system to handle peak periods.
