Staff is gtreat,so friendly. I just wish they had a drive up for deposits

There are NO cameras on the outside of the building. I recently parked in the lot, and someone HIT my parked car! And they FLED the "scene"! No one saw anything either, even though a bank employee was sitting at a double window, with clear view of my car where I had parked. Right in front of the bank! Way to go Wells Fargo!! What bank doesn't have cameras all over the place?!?!!
They refused to do their job. Simple. Drove over an hour to get to a branch and this bank refused to do their job that every branch, across America, can do and is suppose to do. I drove another 30 minutes to the closest branch from their location and they did do their job without hesitation. This location is either lazy, prejudice, or downright idiots.
I had a question about notory service and called but no one answers. Just phone tree message. I went into the branch and saw people just sitting at their desks. I called from waiting area in their lobby but same result. No one answers the phone call. Branch manager should train his or her staff to focus on fundamentals of customer services.
