I had a question about notory service and called but no one answers. Just phone tree message. I went into the branch and saw people just sitting at their desks. I called from waiting area in their lobby but same result. No one answers the phone call. Branch manager should train his or her staff to focus on fundamentals of customer services.
Every time I think about coming here, I’ll be near to sign up now. Always open clothes all time of the day like other places perfect timing. Love this place. Know me every time. I’m there.
Very friendly people and helpful
Really disappointed with my experience. I called banker Michael Wzorek several times, left voicemails, and sent emails, but I never got any meaningful help with my account opening bonus issue. Wells Fargo completed an investigation and still said I didn’t meet the bonus requirements, even though the account opening bonus disclosure Michael gave me clearly shows that I did. It seems like the wrong promotional code was entered when my account was opened in branch. Because of how this was handled, I closed my account.
