I've been with this bank since it was Wachovia and they have great staff.
This location manager or tellers are not familiar with DMV NY license with NJ address. I am New Jersey resident from long time. They refuse to accept my DMVNY. Really gave me hard time to transfer money to my daughter Wells Fargo account & also they indicate my Bank card is expired they can’t help it’s my money they may have another option to solve my problem but unavailable to offer my any help. I would never recommend Wells Fargo Bank, I had someone steal money out of my checking account and they said they found no fraud, why because Well Fargo stole the 500 I had coming to me because that's the decision they made on my case. Wells Fargo are thief's stay away for your own sake
Laura was passive aggressive when i cashed out change for my business(dimes, other coins and bills) from a minority to another that is uncalled for. please do better in terms with customer service.
