The young woman has a really bad attitude and has no manners at all
I was scammed out of money and of course I was going through the proper procedure. I even gave Wells Fargo the phone number that called me. I even went to the Bank in 1105 Harry O Neill Hwy in Dunmore Pennsylvania and I spoke to two women that worked there. They couldn't give me the phone number I needed at the time. As a result I was taken for 4,000 dollars. If someone is given you information and your not helping them. Then you tell the customer there signature matches mines. That isn't helping. I hate their services they didn’t deliver my Card as they promised! I have requested it twice til now they didn’t deliver! I regret opening A bank account here! They’re just nice if ur at Their office after that nahhhhh 👎
Was told two weeks ago that I had to provide "two forms of I.D." to deposit a check that was worth $19 into my checking account. Returned to this branch the next day and withdrew every cent from my checking account and deposited it into a new checking account with Honesdale National Bank. I only needed one form of I.D. to OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT at HNB. This place is a clown show.
