I had an incredibly frustrating experience with customer service at Wells Fargo. Right from the beginning, Kim Coranson's demeanor was neither helpful nor welcoming. I visited to deposit cash into a friend's account after confirming via phone that all I would need was the account number to complete the transaction. Take the extra ten minutes and drive to the Spout Springs location where they are actually considerate and empathetic. Horrible customer service while I’m trying to deal with an estate account due to a death.

I scheduled an appointment today to open up a personal checking account. I honestly expected it to be somewhat of a hassle, but I was surprised in the best way! Devaris helped me out during my appointment and he couldn’t be more kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. In less than an hour I already had a brand new account without ever being a costumer, and my money in the bank! So happy I chose Wells Fargo, and huge shout out to Devaris.
