Take the extra ten minutes and drive to the Spout Springs location where they are actually considerate and empathetic. Horrible customer service while I’m trying to deal with an estate account due to a death.

I scheduled an appointment today to open up a personal checking account. I honestly expected it to be somewhat of a hassle, but I was surprised in the best way!
