Great customer service from Anthony
Came here this morning at 11:15am on jun15 2026 for an account issue I needed resolved. They only had one teller working and a line had formed to the waiting room. Someone pulled me out of line who I thought was going to help me but then told me to just continue waiting so I had now lost my place in line. You cannot hate banks enough. I give up. Just left. If you’re looking for customer service Wells Fargo (at least this branch) is not it.
They will never answer the phone. I was trying to open a business account, but they never answered the phone that tells me a lot about this bank..,. I will definitely take my business somewhere else.
