I went into a Wells Fargo branch fully prepared to open an account and walked out knowing I never will. The branch manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke with a level of arrogance that was honestly shocking for someone whose job is supposed to involve customer service. I like this bank very well ,they are really helpful ,specially thanks mr michal strang .
Horrible customer service , rude employees and very misinformed. I tend to bank at the Thornwood branch and unfortunately one day I had no other option than to go in to the Pleasantville location . That was the first and last time .
