Negative stars should be a thing. PSA--in this economy, sometimes you need a little compassion. Don't look for it at "Poo-Smells Fargo, where your money go?" I want everyone to know that if you fall behind on your credit card from Wells Fargo, and you finally are able to put some money in the bank -- they will take it ALL. They DO NOT care about you. Be VERY careful about banking with this greedy company who will take your RENT, FOOD & SURVIVABILITY money if you fall on hard times.
No wonder why they have such terrible review. Today being March 25th 940am I came to the branch to do a transaction and they were drinking coffee taking forever. Made me wait 15 mints. Then the lady came back to me and said it’s gonna be a little bit longer, yes they were too busy drinking coffee while people were waiting. Absolutely careless for customers.
