This place is a joke for a bank.
Now this is sad, sometimes I go to Wellsfargo to get quarters to wash clothes. Last week I went to get $30 in quarters which comes in roll of $10. My first roll had to 2 canadian 25cents. So I called to ask if they check the rolls before using them for customers, well for my surprise, the answer was no.... They do not check them... So if someone deposits coins in the paper rolls, WF do not check if the coins are accurate, and they use those to give to customers like me when I go to WF to get quarters. Don’t make your deposits here if you aren’t willing to physically come in yourself regardless of health. My husband was literally just there dropping off a deposit for a family friend and was told it would not be accepted. I’ve made countless deposits for third parties without a hitch for my job. What’s the issue? This isn’t the first. My mother has had issues as well. Depositing to her own son’s account? Are you following me?
