I am a hospital CM who is trying to help a patient reach this branch to assist in getting information for NH placement and on many attempts can never get through to this branch location. They simply do not answer the phones. This causes huge delays to hospital to NH discharges and makes a difficult process for our patients/ their customers even more difficult. I have not had difficulty getting through to any other bank branch that I have needed to assist patients to contact.
