While Wells Fargo is a one of largest banks, this branch makes me feel like I'm dealing with a small home town bank. I am impressed with the level of personalized customer service I've received over the past 2 years. I only visit the bank a few times each year, but they remember me by name and we have some of the best conversations. They always go out of their way to help and I couldn't be happier with my experiences.
