I have been trying to get in to my saftey deposit box for 4 days and after numerous times calling both the branch itself and the 1.800 number..i can't even get a appt set up with anyone..im very discouraged with wells fargo..tho we are all suffering from the covid 19..you'd think I'd at least be able to get someone to be able to help me get into my darn box that i pay 60.00 a year to have...after all this..i think i should get a half year credit for not being able to get into my box that i pay for! Ridiculous!!!

No communication at this branch. Finally received a letter that THEY ARE PERMANENTLY CLOSING THIS BRANCH ON 10/16/2020
