The lady who helped me wasn't very friendly, didn't smile, and made me feel unwelcome. I asked to cash a check and told her I was not a Wells Fargo customer at the moment and she dismissed me because the check had a business name on it which I wasn't aware that my customer wrote my business name instead of my birth name. If you want a bad service, come here. I arrived 15 min before closing time. They said they were closing, so they didn't help me.
Went to branch office.this am.for appt to open estate account. Branch manager approved paperwork prior week .Bank denied account and branch manager told us he was too busy on phone to handle. Total waste of.time, poor communication. Poor customer service. Wells fargo- dont make appts.for people stating you can do something, when you cant. I.will be looking for.a.different bank.
Worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever been to. Every time I visit something bad happens. Do not go to this branch unless you have time and money to waste. Absolutely horrible.
