Awful bank. Lazy female teller will not get off her butt to help drive thru customers. Makes me go inside to deposit cash into my account. I can not wait to get a new bank that actually respects the customer. This bank is a joke.

The wells Fargo on woolbright and federal hwy needs tellers helpers why have to wait 30 mins to cash a check and nobody really cares here

An Absolute terrible experience. We went there to open a new business account and then we end up leaving and going to a different bank because the customer service was so poor. This branch definitely need new management .
