Tried to deposit a check from a family member and got questioned as to why I even had the check, they ultimately didn't let me deposit it. I'm an attorney, the last thing I'm trying to do is commit bank fraud. Was able to deposit the check with Ally bank with no issue.
Do not bank with Brain Butruce. Only an associate that acts like a manager. We went to do a simple wire for our business as we do monthly. This happened to be the lowest amount we wanted to transfer and it took him 45 mins because he wanted to Familiarize himself with the accounts and call around to verify….. discrimination because we are young. Choose chase for business or Go to another bank or to another employee.
